The
main focus of my project are the numbered esfr-bordermarkers, fitting
in the 1-602 sequence. Unnumbered
bordermarkers and crosses on the current esfr-borderline are included when information is available.

In forests we often see on the borderline double red stripes on the
trees. In general they are marking the border between parcels of
forest. They are used by foresters.
When navigating in a forest, they
can be very useful to identify and follow the borderline.

Hunters also use signs (often metal plates) to mark the border of their
hunting areas. We see them often at the borderline.
In this case it's next to a bordermarker but we find them also elsewhere on the borderline.

This black/white-plate is a typical 'hunting reserved'-sign which we see often on the Pyrenean borderline.
